FORUM OF AUGUSTUS
All is focused on Augustus, whose huge statue, over 12 meters high, dominated all the area next to the temple.
The Forum has been reconstructed with lots of special effects. However, the remaining stones of the Forum “tell” you how were everything in that time.
With Augustus, a new period of Rome began. This emperor left its mark with the Forum.
No other city, except London in the XIX century, reached the size of Rome (more than one million habitants) It was the capital of the law, economics, power and entertainment.

FORUM OF CAESAR
The Story begins with the remains of the Temple that Julius Caesar built after the victory over Pompeii.
The visit also explains you the role of the Forum in the normal life of the citizens. Also, Caesar wanted the Curia, the Senate House, built next to his court. This building still exists.
